Are You Ready For Football Invitation Card

Hello Stampers, Vicky is posting today with a football party invitation.
Since football season has started,
I thought the parties would also start, so I made a party invitation card.
You are probably making a few when sending out party invites, so I kept it simple.
I live in Wisconsin, so the Green Bay Packers is our team.
Crackerbox Stamps made the' G' custom stamp for me.

I stamped some of the images from the stamp set to create this
fun background. I used a tag die to add some interest behind the wizard.
I finished the card by adding enamel dots.

News Flash! It's Your Birthday!

Television with Happy Birthday Airwaves
Hello Stampers! Janet here with a cute and easy card to make for anyone.
I started my card by stamping the T.V., coloring it, and cutting it out. I cut a piece of striped paper that looked like a test pattern to fit the screen and attached it. Next, I stamped Happy Birthday on it. I put the television on a piece of brown paper to look like a shelf. I layered that on designer paper and a green background. Added a few colored brads to make it pop!

Message Board Birthday Cards

Hello Stampers. Vicky here today. Using our Message Board polymer stamp set for these 2 cards.
I made the message boards as whiteboards, but you can also make them corkboards. The set includes fun pins and/or magnets.

I stamped the Message Board and colored it in yellow. I stamped Happy Birthday from Birthday Set 2 and outlined the saying in black. The word Notes was put on top since it's a message board. The confetti was added on the side to make it look fun. I used 2 pins, the flower, and the butterfly. I mounted the board on blue cardstock and them on the sprinkle cardstock.
I stamped the board and left it white to look like a whiteboard.
The saying and beer mug from Birthday Set 1.
The beer mug was stamped on white cardstock, colored, and cut out.
I stamped the paper clip on the board and on the green cardstock. I cut out the paper clip on the green cardstock and matched it up with the clip on the board.
The board is mounted on black cardstock.
I stamped the beer mug on the orange cardstock with VersaMark for a background.

Masculine Beer Lover Interactive Birthday Card

Hello, my friends!  Toni here with you today sharing an interactive birthday card for beer-lovers.

I started my card with the brick background using a random combination of Distress Oxide Rusty Hinge and Fired Brick spattered with Black Soot as well as Copic Opaque White.

For the whirling mechanism I split up the Birthday 1 sentiment so when you turn it, you reveal the second half of the sentiment along with confetti from Birthday 2.

Humorous Astronomy Any Occasion Cards

Hello, my friends!  Toni here with you today sharing a couple of humorous cards for lovers of astronomy.

I started my card by taking a piece of designer 6x6 paper and sponging Distress Oxide Black Soot and Catherine Pooler Suede Shoes randomly on it.  I then spattered the sheet with Copic Opaque White and Peerless Transparent Gold Watercolor.

Once dry, I embossed Stars Swirl on the sheet.  I divided the sheet up and adhered the pieces to black cardstock which I then embossed with According to Astonomy (left card) and The Universe (right).  I also added more Stars Swirl to the righthand card.

Father's Day Hero Card

Hello Fellow Stamper. I made a Father's Day card for the first hero in my life.
This could also be a birthday card by changing the saying at the bottom of the card.

I stamped Super Hero saying from Father Set 1 and cut it out with a die.
Super Guy is a rubber stamp that I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Ink. I colored him mostly with Copic markers but used a silver pen to color his belt buckle and around his 'S.'
Happy Father's Day and the saying on the inside is also from the polymer set Father Set 1.

Sheetload of Father's Day Cards | 12 Sketches, 24 Cards Series

Hello and welcome!  This is Shanna today with the next installment in my 12 Sketches | 24 Cards series!  This is a series in which I select a card sketch off the internet and create TWO (well-at least two!) versions of it using Crackerbox Stamps! If this is your first time reading about this--be sure to read all the way to the end for a recap of the series so far!

*Warning* I might have gotten a bit carried away this month, and the following post is very photo-heavy!!

This month's sketch was sourced from a YouTube creator named CraftyAl.  She creates a monthly sketch that utilizes 12x12 paper to mass produce a set of cards!  I chose to use the April 2024 sketch to play along with my challenge this month! I was inspired to use the sketch and pair it with the brand new Father clear polymer stamp set--using the majority of the seed to create a fun set of cards!

The way the sketch is designed makes it create 8 cards--which was a perfect way to showcase a new sentiment stamp set!  I loved going through my collection and pulling out stamps to match the sentiments!  I grabbed stamps I haven't used in a while and was so happy to pull back out again.  I kept the techniques simple with these--a little heat embossing and some tone on tone stamping.

Here are some of my tips when mass producing cards:

  • Pick a color way--that means if you are using pattern paper, stick within those colors and have a stack nearby of inks and solid papers to choose from when designing the card.
  • Don't be afraid to turn the card!  Some of these sentiments or images just did not work for a portrait designed layout--so I turned it into a landscape layout instead!
  • White pigment ink is your friend!  White is neutral, and will pull into nearly ANY design--I was stuck on a card or two until I pulled my trusty white ink pad out to play!
Ok--that pretty much sums up the key points--time to show you the cards!

Super Guy with Father sentiment

Frame Rectangle with Father sentiment

When I Dunk (masked) , Alien Funny Face with Father  sentiment

Outhouse with Father  sentiment

Stars/Pixie Dust with Father sentiment

Pocket with Father sentiment

Snapdragon  with Father sentiment

Fireworks with Father sentiment

Aren't those fun!!!  I hope you enjoyed them as much as I did!!
Thank you so much for stopping by today!  I hope you are enjoying the series so far!

See you all again soon! ~Shanna

A Guy's Thank You Card

Vicky is here today with a thank-you card for a friend who helped us do some things outside.
It's been about 50-60 degrees here in Wisconsin. It's time to get started in the yard!
Remember to thank that handyman in your life.
I started with a printed piece of card stock that looked like wood and stamped the Tool Box. I darkened the edges with a little marker.
I stamped the Hammer, Pliers, and Wrench on separate card stock, colored, and cut them out. I made a slit in the front of the toolbox and tucked them in.
The Fasteners were added on the bottom.
I used wood-printed paper to back the saying, Just Wanted Thanks.

Happy Beer-thday!

 Hi Everybody!

Cornelia back today with my Crackerbox Stamps post for this week. I made this card using a combination of the new clear stamps with the old red rubber stamps.

Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below.

I first stamped the beer mugs and cans, colored them with alcohol ink markers and cut them out. Stamped the single beer mug and sentiment onto the card base. I did  a tiny bit of masking for the candle. Added a strip of patterned paper on teh left and assembled everything. Added some white Posca pen highlights and accents.

The stamps I used:

Happy Beer-thday Cards | Masculine Birthday Cards

Hello and welcome!!  This is Shanna today with a couple new cards featuring Crackerbox Stamps!

Did you hear??  Crackerbox Stamps has POLYMER STAMPS now!!  They just had the inaugural release on March 1st and oh my goodness they did NOT disappoint!  There are three brand new sets full of the snarky humor we all love from Crackerbox Stamps.

You can take a peek at all three sets *HERE*

Today's projects feature the fabulous Birthday 1 polymer stamp set.  This set includes three large sentiments with 3 coordinating images that mix and match together for endless possibilities!

I decided to add a few masculine cards to my stash and used the "Cheers, Beers and many more years!" sentiment paired with the duo of beer mugs image!  I grabbed a few of my Zig watercolor markers and stamped the mugs all over a piece of mixed media paper using a waterproof black ink.  I colored them all and then trimmed my panel to 4" x 5.25".  I set aside the leftover scrap--which ended up turning into a second card!

For this card I ink blended a pennant shape in Distress Oxide inks--pulling from the same colors I had colored the background in.  Those colors were Black Soot, Rusty Hinge , and Antique Linen.  Then I used a black ink and my MISTI to stamp the mugs and sentiment onto the pennant shape.  this was mounted flat onto my card panel and then matted onto another piece of cardstock I swiped Rusty Hinge ink along the sides of to coordinate--lastly adding the panel to a white A2 card base.

The second card pushed me out of my normal box for sure.  I knew the scrap was on the smaller end--but I loved the white space still left uncolored.  The sentiment was stamped directly onto the scrap in black ink and then I pulled out my prized (maybe hoarded--hardly used) embossing folders and found a masculine friendly neutral pattern that I used on black cardstock to pair with the smaller focal piece.  I did a small trim of rusty hinge-colored cardstock and black cardstock to divide them a little.  I still wanted to add a little more interest to the card--especially those mugs!!  I grabbed my Glossy Accents and added it to all of the mugs.  After that was dry, I layered the panels onto a white card base.  Finishing touches were a few iridescent enamel dots from my stash.

I hope you enjoyed my cards today!  Be sure to check out all three sets--they really are all a lot of fun!  I will be back soon with another fun project--until then, stay crafty!
