Girl Friend's Birthday Card

Hello Friends. Vicky is here today. I have a sweet friendship birthday card. 

I used a rubber and one of our new polymer Birthday Set 1.

I stamped the sweet Girl Friends and colored them with Copics.

A Winter Slimline card

Hello, Vicky here with a winter sweet friendship card. 

It has been snowing here in Wisconsin, so this should fit the day.

I stamped the saying Igloo Warmth, in the middle first.

The Igloo was stamped with Memento Tuxedo and the gray lines in the ice.

On the right side of the card, I add the Sammy.

The last thing was to add the Snowflakes. I stamped off and then stamped the card. I wanted faint, light snowflakes.

I added white Applique and puffed it up with the heat gun.

Friendship Sewing Card

Hello, Vicky here today with a friendship Flip Card.

It's like a postcard; it has a front and back but doesn't open.

I did this when I had a double-sided paper. 

I used a die to cut out the rectangle with a border that looks like sewing.

On the front of the card, I stamped the Sewing Machine and colored it with Copic markers.

On the back of the card, I used a smaller die with a sewing border for the saying, Sew Awesome.

The Sewing Spool was stamped and I just cut around the image.

Simple One Layer Kraft Card

Hi Everybody! Cornelia here today with my Crackerbox Stamps post for this week. Today, I am using some of the older stamps, which are simply timeless.

 

This is a simple one-layer card. I first stamped the sentiment. Then, I stamped the Sunflower Trio onto the left upper corner of my card. I colored with Prismacolor pencils. I doodled a frame around the periphery and added a few more dots. Lastly, I added some Nuvo drops.

Sweet Fishy Birthday Card

Hello Crafters! Today, Vicky is here with a fish card that could be used for a kid's or fisherman's cards.

We have a lot of fish stamps at 50% off.

I started at the bottom. The Coral was stamped first, then the Sea Plant. Since he is a little bigger, Marco The Sea Turtle came next. Isn't he cute? Fish Strip is facing Marco. Fish Dot is happily swimming around. The last thing stamped was the Bubbles Med. I masked a couple of the bubbles on the right. Then I colored in the sand with Copic Markers.

The last thing I did was add the saying, Fish In The Sea.

Artist Trading Card With a Sweet Staying

Hi Stamping Friend. Vicky is here today with a trading card and a very nice saying.

Trading cards are 3.5x2.5. Their size is perfect to put in your pocket or purse and hand out.

I stamped the saying, You Don't Stop Playing in the center of the card and used a stencil around the saying. I cut the dark yellow card stock to ATC size and mounted the white card stock on it.

Caterpillar Dreams Card

Hi Everybody! Cornelia here today with my Crackerbox Stamps post for this week.

I first brushed the background. I then stamped the reeds and the caterpillars. I stamped the yellow/orange caterpillar again onto scrap paper and colored it with Copics. Cut it out and add it to the background. The other two caterpillars I colored directly, although I did stamp the eyes of the green one and cut those out as well. Added white paint accents. I used a square die to die-cut the panel and a slightly larger size for the black frame. Stamped the sentiment. Added the butterflies.

Summer Fun Card

Hello Stamper, Vicky is here today. Summer is finally here, so I made a fun and quick summer card using some of our 50% OFF stamps.

I stamped Bathing Suit Line and Sandy Toes. I tore card stock and used the edge as waves. I sponged white ink over the tore edge. I stamped the Starfish Sm., masked it, and then the Conical Shell Sm. and Beach Sign. The last thing I stamped was the Crab Happy Sm.

Best Friends Tulip Card

 Hello cardmaking friends! Tracy here, and today I have a pretty little card to share celebrating great friends. Here are all of the details.

Cut a piece of white cardstock for the card front, and create a simple blended background using Distress Oxide Ink and a blending brush. Add the friend sentiment onto the card front using black ink. 

Stamp the tulip image onto white cardstock and add color to them using Nuvo Alcohol Markers. Fussy cut the image out and added a burlap string bow to the bottom of the bundle. Add to the card front using thin foam squares.

Inspirational Card by Martha Lucia

 Hello there, Martha Lucia here to share one of my favorites cards during the last weeks. Today I am featuring the Lotus designed by Alex and one of the best old sentiments, The Future Belongs. 

This is one layer card decorated with the Lotus stamp and a die-cut frame. First, I stamped the sentiment The Future Belongs on the center of the card base. I used colored cardstock at this time. Then, in a separate piece of smooth white cardstock, I stamped the Lotus and colored it with Alcohol Markers from Spectrum Noir.

I die cut out a decorative frame in a contrasting color and pasted it over the stamped sentiment with crafty foam tape. Then, I adorned one of the corners with the amazing Lotus stamp.

Take Care Of Yourself Card

Hello Stamper. I am Vicky and I wanted to share a card I made with one of Alex's flowers. We are still collecting the proceeds for Alex in Ukraine with all of the flower sales in the new release. The info is below.

St. Patrick's Day Wish Card

Hello Stampers, Vicky here today to share a St. Patrick's Day wish. Isn't this a sweet saying? I also love the dancing leprechaun that is filling up the gold cauldron. The truth is, I messed up the bottom of the card, so I cut it off and put a flower print piece of paper there. I colored the gold coins, buttons on his jacket, and buckles with a gold pen.

CAS Card by Martha Lucia

Hello friends, Martha Lucia here with a CAS Card. This is a friendship card created with some of our stamps and keeping in mind, the simplicity of the creation.

If you know me,  white has been my always and forever color of cardstock. I love the idea of adding touches of colors over it and on this opportunity, I created the card base and the second layer with this in mind.

After cutting the second layer with Loopy Rectangle Mini Slimline Die, I stamped the sentiment Good You Do on the right corner. Then, in a separate piece of white smooth cardstock, I stamped the Fancy Butterfly and colored it with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir.

As a final touch, I added some flowers on clay in coordinating colors and pasted all the layers with crafty foam tape.

Hello Gorgeous Elegant Card

Hello everyone!  Marcia on the Crackerbox Stamps blog today sharing a very feminine card with lots of vintage flairs. I recently bought this gorgeous stamp and thought of so many ways to use it. The image would be gorgeous on bridal cards as well, embossed in white.

Supplies used:

I began with a trimmed vintage book page. I added a thin layer of white acrylic paint to soften the text in the background. I didn't realize that the black ink used for the dress wouldn't stamp properly atop the acrylic paint (oops!) so I used a black brush marker to darken around the edges and smoothed the image with a damp paintbrush. I share my boo-boo because, well, we all make them. But it still worked out! I considered pulling out my Stazon black ink but I'm happy with the outcome. I think it lends a softer more vintage feel to the overall project as well. I stamped the sentiment onto a scrap of book page (without text) and matted it with gold foil paper as I did the front panel. To finish, I added a few clipart ephemera in pinks to up the feminine feel and break up the colors a bit. I really love how it came together.  (Link to digital ephemera on my blog HERE.)

Kitty Fun card with Maria Pilar

Hello crafty friends! Maria Pilar here with this sweet card.

I love using different materials on my cards and I have chosen corrugated cardboard on green cardboard this time.

On another white card I stamped this sweet Kitty Fun stamp with black Memento ink to color it with copic markers and, at the same time, the sentiment Everthing You Mean with Distress Oxide Cracked Pistachio.

Once this was prepared, I knotted it with a piece of green baker twine and glued it onto the corrugated cardboard adding some green sequins to match the colors of the sentiment and the cardboard.
