A Little Hocus Pocus Card

Hello, my spooky friends, Vicky here today.

Is Hocus Pocus one of the movies you don't miss at Halloween? I created a card with the Sanderson Sisters. Will you answer the question: Are you a good witch or a bad witch?

As the spooky season approaches, is Hocus Pocus one of the classic Halloween movies that you never miss? It's a tradition for many, and I have conjured up a card featuring the iconic Sanderson Sisters - Winifred, Mary, and Sarah! 🧙‍♀️ Will you answer the question that has been haunting you all year... Are you a good witch or a bad witch? Do you use your powers for good, or do you revel in a little mischief and mayhem? I would have to say, I have been conjuring up some mischief and mayhem for us.

I stamped the sisters and colored them. I put a mask over them and sponged the background.

I stamped the saying and cut it out with a die. I should have sponged the edges of the saying with black ink, but I thought of it after it was on the card.

The image is layered with white, then placed on an orange card.

Stamps Used:

Good Witch Or Bad Witch

Hello Fellow Crafters. Vicky here today with an invitation.

Are you ready for some football? Here in Wisconsin, the weather is getting cooler, and the leaves are changing color. Fall is coming, which means football is coming too. John is watching the Packers play football on TV. I took the time to design a football party invitation, complete with a custom G on the helmet, made by Crackerbox Stamps. We Wisconsinites love to party, and we especially love our football! Nothing beats gathering with friends and family to cheer on our beloved Packers, enjoying cheese curds and beer, and making unforgettable memories.

Beware Of Frightful Things Halloween Card

Hello, fellow Sampers, Vicky here today.

I have started my Halloween cards, and something spooky is stirring! Get ready for a hauntingly good time! These Halloween stamps make it easy to create creepy, characterful cards. Complete with a mischievous spooky creature, flying bats, a glowing moon, and a frightful sentiment. Perfect for Halloween crafting, cardmaking, and adding a little eerie magic to your projects.

I stamped the Demon Wisp first using VersaFine. I punched a 1inch hole in a piece of scrap paper for the moon. Using yellow ink, I sponged into the circle opening.

I placed the punched circle over the yellow and sponged the rest of the card with grey-blue ink, then gray ink. I went a little heavier on the sides and around the moon.

The spots were made with the Texture Stipple Brush, which I love to use for a light background.

The saying, On Halloween was stamped with VersaFine, my go-to ink for detail and words.

Kids Celebrating The 4th Of July Card

Hello Stampers. Vicky here today. Are you getting ready for our 250th anniversary?

I am getting into the patriotic spirit to celebrate the 4th of July with a silhouette stamp of kids marching proudly, holding the American flag as they pave the way for a brighter future!

I started with stamping the 4th Of July Kids with VersaFine Black.

I cut a blue piece of cardstock for the top. I needed something up there, but wasn't sure what I wanted.

I saw the flag pin on my desk, so I cut off the back and used it on the card.

I had a smaller piece of red cardstock sitting there, but it wasn't long enough to go all the way across the card.

I cut it from corner to corner and pushed the bottom piece to the right side of the card to make it longer.

In the space between the red, I stamped Celebrate!

Stamps Used:

4th Of July Kids

Celebrate!

I hope you enjoyed the 4th Of July Kids!

I stamped the saying, Great Dad at the top of the card.

I added the saying, Special Part Of My Life.

Then I stenciled the bricks with a light brown ink.

Mother's Day Card

Hello Stampers. Vicky here today.

Do you know any of those amazing moms who have 4-legged kids, like furry friends who are always by their side and bring so much joy to their lives? I think they, too, deserve a very special Happy Mother's Day. Since we use our cell phones a lot to capture and share those precious moments, I used our cell phone stamp on this card to make it even more personalized and thoughtful. And the best part is that there are many other messages you can put on the phone to make it extra special, such as 'Pawsome Mom' or 'Fur-Ever Grateful' - the possibilities are endless!

I stamped the Cell Phone on printed paper, because we usually have cell phone covers.

I stamped the cell phone again on white and cut out the phone screen part.

Spot The Dog was stamped on the bottom of the screen and colored.

The saying, Best Dog Mom was stamped with VersaFine.

I stamped the Dog Paws with VersaFine Acorn ink across the card.

Happy Mother's Day was stamped and mounted.

Believe In Magic And Fairies

Hello Stampes. Vicky here today with a magical fairy.

Do you believe in magic and fairies? Long ago, it was said that fairies could be found wherever imagination thrived. This card features a beautiful fairy, captured in a rare, mesmerizing instant. There is power in her magic, a sense that she belongs to a world just out of reach. Perhaps she’s not truly captured at all—perhaps she’s simply allowing herself to be seen.

I started with a dark blue card.

I used the Bowl & Cork without the cork, upside down. I did some shading with a blue Copic marker.

I stamped the saying, Believe In Magic with VersaFine.

I added the Dancing Fairy in the bowl. I colored her wings with blue and yellow Copic markers.

The Star Swirl was added at the tip of her fingers. I used yellow and blue markers and glitter glue.
