A Cup Full of Vintage Charm

 Hi Everyone, Dalis HERE!

New day, new cup of coffee! You guys know how much I love paper piecing the Coffee Cup Top View Stamp from Crackerbox Stamps, and this time I dressed it up with a beautiful vintage rose pattern. From there, the entire card naturally took on a charming vintage vibe.

For the background, I used the Coffee 3 Clear Stamp Set along with the Coffee Bean Set of 2 to add layers of coffee-themed goodness. A few pieces of ephemera, some mixed media touches, and plenty of creative love brought everything together into this cozy, coffee-inspired card.

Additional Supplies: Embossing Powders (clear), die-cuts, rectangle dies, ribbon, Pitt pastel pencils, ephemera, and blender brush.

Coffee Because Murder Is Wrong.

 Hi Everyone, Dalis HERE!

“Coffee Because Murder Is Wrong” might just be the crown jewel of snarky stamping, and without question, one of my favorite stamps from Crackerbox Stamps. I think we’ve all had days where coffee felt less like a beverage and more like a public service announcement.

For this card, I paired that hilariously sharp sentiment with the soft elegance of the Wild Foliage Silhouette, and honestly, the contrast is what makes it work so well. You see the gentle botanical vibe first… then BAM, the snark lands like a caffeine catapult. Unexpected combinations are the confetti cannons of cardmaking.

To finish it off, I used a vintage coffee grinder image as a background stamp, which adds just the right amount of cozy café nostalgia and ties the whole theme together beautifully.

Supply List:

Additional Supplies: Yellow, Orange and Blue inks, white embossing ink, white embossing powder, border dies, book pages

Coffee, Cocoa & Crafty Deals!

  Hi Everyone, Dalis HERE!

Hola, coffee lovers! Maybe your cup is filled with tea leaves, cinnamon, cocoa, or espresso strong enough to wake the neighbor’s cat. Whatever your cozy potion of choice, now is the time to stock up because all coffee, tea, and cocoa-themed stamps are currently 25% OFF at the Crackerbox Stamps store!

And yes... that includes Coffee Set #3, the newest addition to the coffee-themed clear sets family. This card was brewed with that set plus a few extra goodies that are also on sale right now, making the whole project feel like a crafty cafĂ© table exploded in the best possible way.

Warm drinks, inky fingers, and stamp sets with personality? That sounds like a pretty delicious combo to me.

Additional Supplies: Embossing Powders (golden and black iridescent), die-cuts, bulb pin, circle dies, ribbon, pattern paper, Pitt pastel pencils, ephemera, and blender brush.

Card No. 2 features the new Coffee Lovers #3, and I am absolutely loving the vintage charm of this design. I used one of the larger sentiments to create a full background across the entire card panel, giving it lots of texture and interest. The finishing touches of paint splatters, washi tape, and vintage trims brought everything together like the perfect cup of aged espresso.

Snarky Reasons I Need My Coffee Card

Good day, everyone!  Notice I didn't say "good morning?" Yeah, I'm totally that person.
Toni here with you today with a fun snarky card featuring the new Coffee 3 set.
This was a really simple card to make, truly. I swear it took me longer to decide on the papers to use for the coffee to-go cup than anything else. LOL.

I stamped the Lady Yelling in the corner of the card front and colored her up using Copics. I then randomly stamped the beans from the Coffee 1 set and positioned the to-go cup at an angle. I love that the Coffee 3 sentiment fits perfectly on the sleeve.

Notice how I didn't check off a specific reason? Probably should have an "All of the above" option or possibly "Other: ________."

Snarky Floral Coffee Card

We all have that one friend, don't we?  LOL.  Toni here with you today.

I love the combination of pretty papers and snark here. Doesn't the Lady with Coffee work perfectly with the Coffee Set 2 sentiment?

I hope this card gave you a laugh!  Thanks for stopping by.

Roses For Mom

I wanted to make my version of a clean and simple card. I started with a white card base. Next I did repeat stamping of the rose from the Mother Set 1 stamp set on a layer slightly smaller than the base. Next I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set. I turned the layer over and dry embossed some lines around the edges. To finish my card, I added three gold enamel dots. Thanks for stopping by and have a nice day.

Super Chick

Janet here with a classy sassy chicken!

I

I stamped Miss Prissy on a scrap piece of cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Next I colored her with copic markers and cut her out. Set her aside and start layering. The fried egg paper is the first layer on the card base. Next layer is paper that looks like straw. The final layer is chicken wire paper. I attached Miss Prissy with foam squares to make her stand out. The inside of the card is stamped with VersaFine Nocturne Ink.

Spring is in the air!

Hello, Janet here with a s spring card. The yellow flowers are blowing in the air.
I stamped the flowers with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on 3 small squares of cardstock. They are colored with copic markers and then layered onto slightly larger black cardstock squares. They are randomly placed on a 3 x 4 1/2 piece of white cardstock. Layer that on a slightly larger piece of black cardstock. Set that aside. Cut another piece of black to cover the front of the card. I layered a smaller piece of yellow-and-white striped paper on top of that. Then attach the top part at an angle to the card. I tied a black and white checked bow and added a few black embellishments. Inside, I stamped the Friends Are Like Flowers verse with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink.

Belated Birthday Bunny Card

Hi! I try my best(ish) and yet always seem to need belated birthday cards the most. Toni here, and let's hop right in and talk about today's project.

To start my card, I stamped the Bunny Blue image on the card front and colored it with Copics.

Then I used a numbers stencil with pale pink ink randomly on the card front — time is ticking!

I die-cut some balloons and sponged them with pastel pink and green. The belated birthday sentiment from Birthday Set 2 fits perfectly on the largest one.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Hello, Janet here with a quick and easy Saint Patrick's Day card for a friend.
I stamped the to go coffee cup with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a scrap piece of white cardstock. It is colored with Copic markers and cut out. A coffee cup sleeve is made by cutting brown corrugated paper to fit the cup.  Next, using the shamrock stamp, I randomly stamped Shamrocks on white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. They are colored with copic markers. Using a royal texture stipple brush, I added green speckles to the cardstock. The stamped cardstock is layered on green clover-designed paper. That is then attached to the front of the card.  The coffee cup is placed in the center of the card. Happy St. Pat's Day is stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink and then die cut. I placed it at an angle in the top right corner.

Hello, Janet here with a simple and fun, steaming hot Valentine Card!
First, I stamped the coffee cup with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a scrap piece of white cardstock. I colored it with a copic marker and cut it out. With VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink, I stamped the XOXO on the coffee cup label and the sentiment Hot Steaming Love on scrap white cardstock.
The bottom layer is black cardstock on the card base. Next is a printed Valentine paper. Using foam squares, I attached the coffee cup on the bottom right corner. I layered Hot Steaming Love on a piece of black cardstock and attached it across the top left corner.

Cheers from the Snarky Pond

Hi Everyone, Dalis here!

Snarky Frogs TAKE 2! Honestly, the moment the Sign Post Snarky Sentiments hit the desk, a Merry Kissmyass greeting was inevitable—CHEERS! The tiny bling-as-bubbles detail adds the cutest sparkle to this mixed media card. The background is a gelli print, and I recolored the poinsettia to coordinate perfectly with our froggie friend.

Additional Supplies: Gelly Prints, Punches, Golden splatter paint.

Frog Hoppy Holidays Card

Cheers, everyone!  Toni here with you today, sharing a super cute holiday card.
I was flipping through my Crackerbox Stamps stash and ran across the Frog 1 set that I hadn't used in a while.  It occurred to me that I could make the frog green and red for Christmas. How cute!

I stamped the frog and "hoppy" sentiment on the card front, colored it up, then added the finishing touches. Time for that Christmas party!

Sassy Miss Daisy has done it again!

    Hi Everyone, Dalis here!

Miss Daisy’s Got Attitude — and a Whole Lot of Cheese!

Miss Daisy has done it again! She just can’t help herself — that sass is part of her charm. This cheeky card was created as part of a dairy-themed Instagram Hop I’m participating in, and I couldn’t resist leaning into the theme with a little extra snark.

The sentiment called for something bold and dairy-inspired, and what better way to play it up than with a cheesy background? Literally. The cheese motif adds just the right dose of humor while tying everything together in the most delightfully absurd way.

It’s a little funny, a little snarky, and totally Miss Daisy. Be sure to follow the hop for more dairy-inspired laughs and creativity!

Patriotic Minion 4th of July

Hello, Crackerbox Stamps fans!
Toni here and I have a 4th of July card to share with you.
Can you believe it's only a month away?!

My first step was to stamp out and color up the Minion 1 images.  I drew in lines to make a star spangled banner hat.  For his overalls, I paper-pieced some patterned paper.

I had stamped out the bottle rocket from the set, but lost it along the way, so he's just waving instead of playing with fireworks.  I'm blaming the cat!

And that brings me to the No Good sentiment. I used the same patterned paper behind and cut the sentiment panels with a deckle edge die. I tied it all together using a starry coverplate die on a bright minion yellow.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great rest of your day! For a full list of products used and to see my other projects, just visit my blog, Frankie Helps Craft.  I'm also on IG

Extra Crispy Miss Prissy

My kid sister gave me the idea for this card. She's brilliant and so very creative!

I stamped Miss Prissy onto the card front so I'd know where I would be placing her after coloring and fussy cutting her out.

I then used a honeycomb stencil with Catherine Pooler and Lisa Horton metallic inks.  I love how that blended and wish I could show you the shimmer, but you know how finicky cameras can be.

I added the die-cut sentiments and had Miss Prissy popping up from behind.  On the inside of the card I stamped the sentiment from the Miss Prissy set: "Live today like you're getting fried tomorrow."  Perfect!

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you have a great rest of your day! For a full list of products used and to see my other projects, you can visit my blog, Frankie Helps Craft.  Have a great rest of your day!

Pretty Pink Mother's Day Card

Hello, Janet here with a pretty pink floral card for Mom.
I started with a die cut circle and stamped Blessings to you On Mother's Day with  VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink. I centered that on pink polka dot paper.  Next, I stamped 5 flowers and leaves with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored them with Copic markers and cut them out. I placed the flowers on the pink polka dot paper and then attached the leaves. I added a strip of green paper at an angle on the light pink bottom layer to add more color.  Then I attached the completed polka dot layer.

Crazy Coffee Lady Card

Hello, Janet here with a card for a lady. Most ladies love their coffee in the morning!
I stamped the Crazy Lady Coffee Lady with the Coffee Set 2, using  Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on white cardstock. Then, I colored her with watercolor pencils. The Crazy Coffee Lady sentiment is stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink. I colored the word coffee with a brown marker. I used the Coffee Set 2 die set to cut the lady and the sentiment out. I layered the lady on a piece of designed coffee paper that I tore to give a rough edge. I layered that on brown embossed cardstock. I attached the sentiment, and layered all that on the white card.

Thanks a Minion!!

Hello and welcome!  This is Shanna today with another fun project featuring stamps from     Crackerbox Stamps!
Today’s project is a quick and easy one featuring the following products:

The card was created using a “spare” background from my pile of gel press prints I tend to have in a drawer lol.  When I use my gel plates I make a lot of prints—but don’t use them all. So I cut them down to A2 size and they are my go to when I am stuck on what type of background I want for a card. I loved how the inky blue worked with the Minion in this case. The colored him with my Copic markers and the fussy cut him out. The sentiment was stamped directly onto the background.

Thanks for stopping by!  See you all again soon
