Copic Frog Birthday Balloon Card

Hi everyone!  Toni here sharing a cute birthday or congratulations card.  Ooh, or graduation!  I love it when a card can work for multiple occasions!

I first stamped out one of the frog images from the Frog 1 photopolymer set then masked its right side and stamped the balloons from Birthday Set 2 so they would appear behind.  I colored everything up with Copics.

Next I diecut some balloons and sponged them using Distress Oxides with their edges darkened by Catherine Pooler Inks. I had originally planned on having the sentiment on the green balloon in the back but thought the balance was off so instead embossed the Birthday Set 2 sentiment on a black strip and used it as grounding for the frog.

Be sure to check out the 4th of July sale.  It includes everything not already on sale.  Woo hoo!

One Smart Cookie---A Single Layer Card

Hello!  I am so glad you stopped by!  This is Shanna from Caffeinated Craftiness, and I am here to share a new punny card featuring stamps from Crackerbox Stamps.

Today's card is a single-layer card--which means I didn't glue any images on, only stamped and masked. Where it is possible to create a single-layer card completely on a card base, I tend to create mine on a card panel and then attach it to the card base.  I do this mainly in case I have any bleed through while coloring with my Copic markers.

Crackerbox Stamps featured in today's card:
Smart Cookie and Cookies set of 2
Smart Cookie
Cookies Trio

I wanted a pile of cookies for my card design---so I did what any sane person would do.....I masked over and over again!!  I actually enjoy this process--it's like magic every time you lift a mask off!  I left all of the cookies masked to ink blend my background in yellows and oranges.  I wanted a bright and cheerful background--which usually leads me to yellows for some reason lol. I colored my mountain of cookies with Copic markers and then added my Smart Cookie sentiment in black ink directly onto the panel.  I tend to add embellishments at this stage, but I actually really liked how it looked without any bling (I know---*gasp*).

This card would make a perfect card for your favorite school-age child.  Whether getting out of school, passing a special test, or heading off to the next grade!  Who would you give it to?

Thanks again for stopping by. I will be back again soon with another fun Crackerbox Stamps project!
Until then, Shanna

Inspirational Card by Martha Lucia

Hello there, Martha Lucia here to share one of my favorites cards during the last weeks. Today I am featuring the Lotus designed by Alex and one of the best old sentiments, The Future Belongs

This is one layer card decorated with the Lotus stamp and a die-cut frame. First, I stamped the sentiment The Future Belongs on the center of the card base. I used colored cardstock at this time. Then, in a separate piece of smooth white cardstock, I stamped the Lotus and colored it with Alcohol Markers from Spectrum Noir.
I die cut out a decorative frame in a contrasting color and pasted it over the stamped sentiment with crafty foam tape. Then, I adorned one of the corners with the amazing Lotus stamp.

Graduation Card

Hello! Nadine here today with a flag banner shaped graduation card. The card can be customized to whatever the graduate's school colors are. The school colors for the card I made are blue and gold, so that is what I used.

I used a flag banner shaped die with navy blue cardstock folded in half to create the card base. I left the top edge of the die hanging over the folded area of the card so it did not cut there and left a hinge for the card to open. I then die-cut out some smaller flag banners, one in gold foiled paper and two in white cardstock. I stamped the Your Future Is Golden sentiment on one of the white pieces. I stamped the Graduation Cap and Diploma Scroll on some scrap pieces of white cardstock, colored them in with Copic Markers, and fussy cut them out. I used some glitter markers to color the tassel on the cap and ribbon in the scroll and then flicked some of the glitter ink onto the front of the card front with the sentiment on it. Matted the card front with gold paper, adhered it to the navy blue card base, and added some confetti sequins.

I adhered the other white flag banner I cut out to the inside of the card and stamped the Congratulations Snarky sentiment on it. My card fits perfectly into an A2 size envelope.

Bright Gel Press Alcohol Ink Background

Happy Monday, friends! Ericka here, and today I am playing with alcohol inks and a gel press to make a bright background for my card.

I started by applying some bright alcohol ink colors to my gel press and spreading them around with a brayer. I then added some blending solution and waited for the ink to dry. Once they were dry, I applied a thin layer of white acrylic paint and pulled up my print to reveal this bright background.
I stamped the Shades around my card base in Versafine Clair Nocturn ink, and clear heat embossed them. I then stamped the So Bright sentiment on a separate paper and used part of the background to frame it. I love this fun sentiment and the encouragement for anyone starting a new adventure.
Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you have a wonderful week!

Happy Graduation Card

Hello Stamper! Vicky is here today with a Happy Graduation card. Are you going to any graduations? I am glad that the graduates get to walk and have parties to celebrate this year.
Our colors here in Janesville, WI are gold and green so I used those colors on my card.
I stamped Happy Graduation with VersaFine. I stamped the  Graduation Cap with Memento and colored it with Copic markers and made the tassel green. I added 2022. I also use 2022 on the back of my cards.
The frame is from Spellbinders.

I stamped a saying I use for other occasions, Days Come Easy. I think this is a really nice saying for so many different kinds of cards.
I stamped the Diploma Scroll on Ex-Press colored it and cut it out.
Hope you have a great summer!

Happy Graduation Card with Crackerbox and Suzy Stamps

 Hi Stampers,

Vicky here today to share a Graduation card with some of our new stamps.
Our high school colors are gold and green so this was pretty simple.
I used the Open Stars for the background and colored them in.
I used our new Shoot For The Moon stamp with VersaFine.
I used a smaller piece of card stock to draw the frame around with a green fine tip marker.
The Graduation Cap was stamped, colored, and cut out.
I had some gold string and made the tassel.

The inside of the card had another one of our new stamps, The Sky's The Limit.
I also used Happy Graduation.
