Thankful Miss Daisy

There is always something to be thankful for.
For today's card, I colored the Miss Daisy stamp using alcohol markers
as well as glitter markers.
I added foam squares to give her dimension.
I used a gold foil card front and added a flower pattern paper on top.
I used a label maker for the sentiments and layered them on gold foil cardstock.
To finish the card, I added a pink bow to the card.
I'm thankful you stopped by today,

Timothy

Fall Bouquet

Hello, Janet here with a beautiful fall bouquet.
I stamped the bouquet of flowers with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on white cardstock. Using colored pencils, I colored the flowers and stems. I placed that on a piece of burgundy paper at an angle. The next layer is corrugated gold paper.
The bottom layer is gold paper that I embossed. A piece of gold polka dot paper is placed on top of that. I wrapped a gold and white ribbon around the bottom two layers. I attached the top layers next. A piece of twine is tied around the bouquet.

Santa Is On His Way

Hello Stampers. Vicky here today with a simple, quick, no-coloring Christmas card.

I punched a circle in a piece of scrap cardstock and sponged yellow for the moon. Then I added a little yellow around the moon for a glowing effect.
The Cityscape was stamped at the bottom of the card.
I sponged blue, then black, around the edges.
Santa's Sleigh Sm. was stamped across the moon.
Then mounted it on red cardstock and put it on a white card.
The saying "Enjoy the Warmth" was stamped and placed on the same red cardstock as the front.

A very easy card, I hope it inspired you.

Hello! Janet here with a sweet Christmas card.
These are some new stamps at Crackerbox Stamps.
I stamped the Gingerbread house on white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored it and cut it out. The bottom layer is light blue cardstock is embossed with small circles to represent snow. I layered two wavy strips of white cardstock for the snow-covered ground. I attached the gingerbread house to the lower part of the card. Happy Holidays is stamped with Clair VersaFine Ink and cut out with a die. I cut around three sides of the door so it would open. Inside is a cute baby gingerbread boy, that I stamped, colored, and cut out. I added 3 metal snowflake brads to add sparkle
 and texture.

They Are Missing A Screw

Some people are mildly crazy, others are completely bonkers.
For today's card, I started with a teal card base. I layered it with some tools, pattern paper, and
a woodgrain paper for the work station. I built some tools and a toolbox using dies from my stash.
I stamped the Whole Toolbox on yellow cardstock and cut around the sentiment, leaving a slight border.

Thanks for stopping by,
Timothy

A Festive Makeover: One Simple Masking Technique for Holiday Cards

   Hi Everyone, Dalis here.

When I sat down to create, I really wanted to give the Coffee Cup Heart a festive twist. My first instinct was to blast it with peppermint stripes and candy-cane energy, but I realized the cup itself could do all the talking with just a subtle adjustment. By using a single masking technique, I was able to tailor the focal point to fit a holiday theme while still keeping the design clean and balanced. It’s a great reminder that you don’t always need multiple layers or complicated steps—sometimes one well-placed mask is all it takes.

***NOTE: I used a piece of washi tape to mask part of the sentiment from Wanna Have a Cup stamp.

How to Recreate This Card:

  1. For this card is all about masking the Santa's Hat (Lg.) stamp to be on top of the Coffee Cup Heart stamp.

  2. Stamp the Santa's Hat (Lg.) on white cardstock, leaving enough paper to stamp the coffee cup later on, and also onto masking paper using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Cut the mask paper following the outside line of the image.

  3. Position your masking image on top of the hat. Position the Coffee Cup Heart stamp where the hat seems to be lying on top of it.

  4.  Ink and stamp your image, using Memento Tuxedo Black Inkon the white paper, stamping on top of the masking paper. Stamp also the cup onto masking paper.

  5. Color your images with alcohol markers.

  6. Mask and stamp Wanna Have a Cup to use as an inside sentiment.

  7. Using the Snowflakes Sm. and Med. Set of 2 create a background (put your masks back on before you stamp.) You can heat gold emboss the snowflakes or simply stamp with a light color.

  8. Using a small blender brush add color to the center of the snowflakes.

  9. Stamp Tinsel sentiment onto white paper and mat with black paper.

  10. Trim focal image to 3 1/2 x 4 and mat with black paper.

  11. Glue your pattern paper (4 x 5 1/4) to white cardbase. Glue your focal point at an angle.

  12. Glue your matted sentiment onto a scrap of the embossed background. and mat onto black again and glue to card.

  13. Assemble as shown.

Call me Crazy

Hi everyone, the holidays are upon us, and who is ready for Thanksgiving!  Me, Me, and Me!  I am looking for some nice time with family and friends!
So, this card has a truly funny meaning to me. I met a lady this past weekend who, no lie, reminds me of this stamp, and we were talking about how silly we crafters get crafting, so it’s simple but full of meaning for me, and I hope everyone feels the meaning 🥰

Heart Grew Three Sizes

Hello, friends! Toni here with another Grinch card as I (too) slowly build up my stash of holiday cards.
I stamped the Grinch Head Image on Copic-friendly paper and colored him up. Next, I cut out the image using 3 heart dies, adding plain hearts beneath to pop them up a bit.

Frankly, I was a bit worried about embossing the Grinch Small Heart Saying on the orange peel cardstock, but it did really well. I used my white pigment pen to fill in any egregious gaps.

We wish you a Merry Christmas!

Hello Janet here with a singing Penguin Christmas card.
I stamped four penguins on white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored them and cut them out. The bottom layer of the card is black cardstock. The next layer is a blue and white design. It reminds me of ice. I tore a small strip of clear vellum and put it at the bottom to look like an iceberg. Then I attached the penguins to it. We wish you a Merry Christmas is stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink on white cardstock and cut out with a die.

Stamping a Rainbow of Coffee Beans

Hi everyone, Dalis here!
You know how coffee cards usually lean into browns and neutrals? Well, not this one! When I started this design, I knew I wanted coffee — but I also wanted color. So, I went bold. Vibrant, happy tones, and a palette that just makes you smile. It’s coffee, but in technicolor! Because sometimes a cup of joy needs a splash (or three) of color.

Supply List:

Additional Supplies: Memento Tuxedo Black, Alcohol Markers, white gel pen, pattern paper, wall repair tape, stickers and ephemera, foil, googley eyes, silver thread, and black bling.

How to Recreate This Card:
  1. Lightly draw diagonal pencil lines about one inch apart across your card front.

  2. Stamp your large and small coffee beans, rotating the stamps each time to create visual interest.

  3. Follow the ROYGBIV color order for a fun rainbow look! I used Memento ink pads — they’re bright, vibrant, and stay that way beautifully over time.

  4. Once the ink is completely dry, gently erase your pencil lines.

  5. Add a few doodled hearts for a playful touch.

  6. Stamp the “Cool Beans” sentiment with VersaMark ink onto a piece of vellum, then heat emboss it in black.

  7. Color the beans from the back side of the vellum with alcohol markers, then attach it to your card front.

Pumpkin Spice

Hello, Janet here with a coffee card. The best part of fall is the pumpkin spice. You can find it almost anywhere.
I stamped the to go coffee cup and the coffee beans with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Then I colored them with copic markers. The label on the coffee cup is a piece of pumpkin-designed paper cut to fit. The sentiment, Sit back, Relax, and have a great day, is stamped in the upper right corner with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink. I tore the white cardstock, giving it rough edges. Using a soft brush and brown ink I went over the white cardstock. It is layered on brown paper and attached to the card front.

A Whole Latte Love for Paper Piecing

  Hi Everyone, Dalis here.
☕ Coffee is my JAM! Honestly, without coffee, life would be… well, let’s just say I’m not willing to risk it for everyone’s safety. 😅

I’ve been hoarding some patterned paper from my #1900sCraftyStash (you know the one—you love it too!), and decided it was finally time to give it some love. The Coffee Cup Heart stamp was the perfect match for a little paper piecing magic, and let me tell you—it turned out even better than I imagined!

I colored the heart and kraft sections to bring it all together, and even with a little fidgeting on the die-cutting part (looking at you, “BEAN” letters 😜), the whole card came together in about 30 minutes.

Scroll down for the full instructions—hope you give it a try! 💛

Friday, November 7 - Friday, November 14

How to Recreate This Card:

  1. Cardbase is a grey cardstock sized at 7x6 inches. Scored at 3.5 on the 7" side to make this mini slimline. Cut out a piece of pattern paper at 3x5.5" and attached to the front, leaving a frame margin all around it.

  2. Stamp the Coffee Cup Heart on white cardstock and also onto your pattern paper of choice. This teal bubbled paper was just perfection (in my humble opinion.)

  3. Cut out the two pieces that make the cup without the sleeve from the pattern paper stamped piece.

  4. Before gluing the paper pieced pieces color the sleeve, heart and the shadow on the lid of the cup. This way in case you color outside the line the pattern paper might cover it.

  5. Glue your pattern paper pieced pieces onto the white stamped image that you just colored.

  6. Stamp your Bean Awhile sentiment, masking the word BEAN onto white cardstock with your Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Cut the IT'S and AWHILE and colored the borders to make it look distressed.

  7. Die-cut the word BEAN.

  8. Assemble as shown.

Have You Tried Minion Coffee?

I would love to try Minion Coffee,
I feel like it would be enough energy to get me through the day.
I started with a yellow card base. I added a coffee pattern paper for the background.
I also added a strip of wood grain paper for the floor.
I used the cup from the Coffee Set 1 stamp and colored it with alcohol markers.
Next I added the letter M using glitter paper.
I also used the Dave Jumping stamp which I colored using the same markers
as I used for the cup.
I used alphabet dies for the larger sentiment and stamped the smaller sentiment from the
Coffee Set 1 stamp set.

Have a nice day,
Timothy
