Thinking of You Stamped Card

Hello crafty friends, Happy New Year! Martha Lucia here with a card using the Thinking of You Simple Stamp and the Tulips Stamp

The Tulips Stamp is one of my favorite flower stamps. They are perfect for different techniques or simply for coloring. On this opportunity, I decided to stamp mine onto White Smooth Card Stock with VersaFine Pigment Onix Ink and then colored with ColourBlend Pencils from Spectrum Noir. I didn't use any blending solution, I just mixed the colors included on the ColourBlend Essentials: Cream, Linen, Peach, Vivid Pink, Pink Violate, Jade, Pistachio, Sage and ColourBlend Primaries: Denim Blue, Royal Blue, Petrol Blue, and Blackberry.

In a separate piece of Crumb cake card stock, I stamped the sentiment Thinking of You Simple using the same VersaFine Pigment Ink Onix. I resized and shaped it with a tag die cut.

To create the card base, I used pink card stock and decorated it with a top layer created with the Stitched Circle Plate Background Slimline Die. To give more dimension to all the layers and stamps, I used crafty foam tape.

As a final touch, I added the Bow Large and Bow Small on the lover part of the Tulips stamp. I just stamped the bows onto White Smooth Card Stock and colored them with ColourBlend Pencils.
