Cornelia here today with a fun wobble card.
Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below. 
I made the background with photo paper and distress ink smooshing. Istamped the duck onto scrap paper, colored it with alcohol ink markers and cut it out. Trimmed the card bottom with a scallopped border die (Funky Fossil ) and added a strip of blue paper at teh bottom of my card base. Stamped the sentiment. Attached the duck with an action wobble.
