Hello Stampers. Vicky here today with Stuart, smirking about the snarky saying.
Printed paper was placed on white cardstock and then affixed to a textured brown card.
Stuart was stamped, colored, and cut out. He was put on the same brown cardstock and then white.
The saying Some People Speak was stamped on white and then mounted on the same brown.
