Janet here with refreshing summer card. This is where most of us dream of being.
On the first layer of white cardstock, using Memento Expresso Truffle Ink, a soft brush and a stipple brush I made the sandy beach. On another layer of white cardstock, using a soft brush, and blue ink I made the water and sky. Saving the upper left corner for a soft yellow sun made the same way.I tore the blue layer at the bottom, creating the foam at the edge of the water. I added a little silver glitter to the torn edge for sparkle. The blue layer is attach to the brown sand.
Next, I stamped the palm tree with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and cut it out. I glued it to the left side of the card. The sentiment, Sit back, Relax and have a great day is stamped directly onto the card using VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink.
