Hello, Janet here with a cute Halloween Card. Anyone who loves Halloween will get a chuckle from this card.
Starting out with a scrap of white cardstock, I stamped the image, Witches Parking, with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped 2 more brooms separately. I colored all the images with Copic Markers and cut them out. I placed them on paper that was designed to resemble an old chain link fence. I layered that on black cardstock. Then I put a black brad in each corner. The completed layers are attached to the front of the card.
