Hello Stamper.
I haven't had our silly Glinda witch out for a while, so I thought I would do a quick card with her.
I stamped Glinda and colored her. Then I stamped the Bats Flying By and the saying, If You Can't Fly.
I sponged black, purple, yellow, and orange around the edge of the card.
I used the Texture Brush for the black dots.
