Hello, I was inspired by the background paper for today's card. I colored the hair and tail of the Mermaid Ruby Swimming By stamp with glitter gel pens. I used alcohol markers for her face and arms. I stamped the
Hooked On You sentiment, and layered it on top of cardstock that I also colored with the gel pens. Next I colored the Heart Dangle Left stamp and adhered everything to the card base. I finished the card by adding some gold enamel dots. Thank you for stopping by.
