Happy summer, friends! Or should I say, "bloop, bloop?" Toni here today with an underwater scene built from a variety of my favorite fish images.
My first step was to create the background. I sprinkled a few Brusho watercolors on the cardstock and spritzed with water. I also used some Lindy's Magicals for a sparkly effect, but the pic doesn't really capture that well. Trust me--SPARKLE everywhere!
While that was drying, I stamped out Fish Nibbles, Fish Snooper, and Fish Butch, which I colored with Copics, then fussy-cut.
The background had dried by this time, so I used a deckle edge die to cut it out and flatten it, then stamped Seaweed Tall, Coral Sea Plant, and Branch Herb 2 along the sea bottom.
Finally, I stamped and embossed the Cool Summer sentiment.
Thanks for stopping by and checking out my card.
