Under The Sea Birthday Card

 Hello Friends! Janet here, adventure awaits with this ocean themed Birthday Card.

I stamped the, Octopus ,Fish  and Coral with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Then I colored them with watercolor pencils and used a blending pen. After they were colored I cut them out. I used a stipple brush with tan ink for the sand and blue for the water for the background. I added the cut out pieces to that. Birthday Wishes ATC was stamped in the corner with VersaFine Nocturnal Ink. I then layered it on blue paper on top of sand dollar printed paper.
