Summer Card by Martha Lucia

Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here with a Summer Card featuring some of our stamps.  The summer is around the corner and why not start celebrating!

This card features several stamps, but let me start with the details. I made this using white smooth cardstock. I used it to create the card base, the second layer, and to stamp the different images.

For the background, I used the Buffalo Background. This is perfect to create a modern or vintage layout and to use as a focal point or create special details in our creations. Then, I stamped the Hamburger stamp and colored it with TriBlend Markers from Spectrum Noir.

In a separate piece of cardstock, I stamped the Jar and colored it to look like lemonade. I fussy cut both images and pasted them over the lower part of the stamped background. The final touch, a Spanish Sentiment that was one of my first stamps from Crackerbox and that are available at the store, the popular HOLA! And some clay dots in coordinating colors.

Sweet Valentine Card by Martha Lucia

Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here. After a few weeks of "obligated vacations", I have the pleasure to share with you a sweet valentine's card created with the Candies stamp and the Everything You Mean Sentiment.

I love chocolates and Valentine is the perfect day to give and receive them. This version of chocolates called Candies from Crackerbox is perfect for coloring and creating a card.

CARD DETAILS:

My entire card is made with White Smooth card stock. First, I stenciled the card base with the Argyle Heart Stencil and Antique Linen Distress Ink. I left the piece aside for a while.

I die cut the second layer using one of the Cloud Nested Label Dies. I stamped the Everything You Mean sentiment on the lower part using Icing on the Cake Ink by Catherine Pooler. Additionally, I inked the center of the card with Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Ink.

In a separate piece of White Smooth Card Stock, I stamped the Candies stamp with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Then, I colored the chocolates with a mix of TriBlend Markers and Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir. Additionally, I fussy cut the chocolates with scissors.

The chocolates included on the Candies Stamp are also sold individually in the Crackerbox Store. They are Chocolate Strawberry, Candy Round, and Candy Square.
To finalize the card, I pasted the chocolates over the inked area with 3D Square Foam Tape. And added a few rhinestones and a red heart to make my card more special.

If you want to see all the products that I used to create my Sweet Valentine Card, you can find them listed HERE on my Stampartpapel Blog.

Summer Ant Picnic Cards

Hello, Stampers! Today I have some hungry ants stealing some watermelons.
What I like about these cute little guys is that they can carry anything you want them to carry. I used a Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to position the watermelons on the ants.

Stamps Used:
Ant Picnic-Ants set of 6
Another card I made with the ants:

Cookie Time with Maria Pilar

Hello crafty friends! Maria Pilar here with an appetizing card.

My base card is made of kraft cardboard decorated by scrapbooking paper. By adding a bit of glue stick, I transferred foil to that paper to give it some shiny touches.
I glued a doily to place on it the Cookie Trio stamp that I stamped twice, after coloring it with copics, and cut it for volume.
The Cookie Time sentiment, printed on white cardboard, is pasted on double-sided foam tape.
To finish I put several drops of liquid pearl chocolate spread over the doily.

You can see more details in my blog.

In July the categories in promotion are: Anniversary, Animals and Food. In addition, if you can win $5.00 store credit once a week, share with us your cards on our facebook group Flaunt It If You Made It Page!. Martha Lucia' s Confession

Hi friends, Martha Lucia here, and I have a confession. I am a chocolate addict! First, take a look at my card and then, I will share my thoughts.

I love the combination between blue and coffee so I decided to stamp the Buffalo Background onto White card stock with Something Borrowed Catherine Pooler Ink. I resized the layer and pasted it directly over a chocolate card base. Until here all is normal when you are creating a card.

MY STAMPS & DIES:

Now is the good part of my card. I used a combination of dies from Spellbinders to work as a mat for my chocolates. I combined the Sentimental Finery Etched Die Flourish Fretwork by Becca Feeken with the Shapeabilities Oval Coronet Etched Dies Flourished Fretwork by Becca Feeken.  These are very elegant dies but I love to use to add a different touch to my cards.

On this project, I used the sentiment Be You Simple and the Candies. For me they are chocolates but it is the magic of the color!. Mine were colored with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir. Markers used: TN6 & TN9; OR2 & CR10; RB3 & EB5; TN5 & TN8; DR1, DR3 & DR5. AG1 & AG3

Sweet Thing

Hello everyone!

It's Donna sharing a card I created using Crackerbox & Suzy stamps Fruit Slice and Wedge which is a two piece set and the sentiment is called Sweet Thing.  The lemons are a great set, you can also color them to be oranges too.

Here is my card for your inspiration.

I cut a piece of cardstock at 3 1/2 x 5 and stamped the background with the whole lemon slice with yellow ink.  I then cut a piece of paper from my stash at 1/2 inch and adhered it to the panel.  I then added it to my card base.  I stamped the Fruit Slice and Wedge  and colored them with copics (Y04, 15 and 19).  I cut them out with my scan and cut.  I stamped the Sweet Thing sentiment with black ink and then placed the lemons on my card with adhesive and used foam tape on the half slice.  I had some lemon slice sequins in my stash and added them to my card.

Here is another view of the card.

Here is the special for July.

Ice Cream Cones

Happy Wednesday! Ericka here and I hope your week is going well. Today I have two ice cream cards because it is summer after all! For my first card I'm using the Ice Cream 3 Scoops stamp with some WOW! Embossing Powder.

I started by stamping the image in Versafine ink and then took out my embossing pen to color with some embossing powder.

I used the embossing pen to color in the scoops and then sprinkled embossing powder to heat emboss the image. I love the shiny look it gives this fun ice cream.

I stamped the Just A Note sentiment in the same pink embossing powder to finish my fun card.

For my next card I used the Ice Cream Sugar Cone in Versafine ink and then watercolored the fun cone with my Karin markers.

I used the Birthday 1 stamp for a fun sentiment and then heat embossed it with Clear Sparkle embossing powder.

I finished my card with some fun Nuvo Drop accents.

Don't forget to check out the sale at Crackerbox&SuzyStamps
