I started out by stamping the candles and the hat. I masked the hat and sponged it with distress inks (yellow, orange, red, and purple). I colored the witch hat with alcohol ink markers. I stamped the candles again onto a piece of cardstock, colored them with alcohol ink markers, and cut them out. Glued them onto the stamped candles on the card. Added the sentiment.
