Butterfly card with stencil

Happy Saturday! Maria Pilar here sharing this card using stencils and stamps from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps

To create this card, I used one of my favorite stamps from Crackerbox & SuzyStamps which is this Fancy Butterfly.
I made a background with a circle stencil using distress oxide peeled paint in the middle of the bottom of the card.

After stamping and cutting out the butterfly, I colored it using Kaleidacolor inks. I love using them for these types of images because of the variety of colors they give.
On the other hand, on a vegetable artisan paper, I stamped the message Thinking of you with Stazon ink that goes perfectly with this type of paper.

Well, this is my inspiration card for today. I hope you like it.

You Rock Minion Stamped Card

Happy Saturday! Maria Pilar here sharing a fun card with Minion Bob and Minion Phil stamps from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps

I really love the Minion stamps and these two friends and I found these two friends ideal to appear together on my card. After stamping Minion Bob and Minion Phil along with the saying You rock on white cardboard, I colored them in with Copic markers. Then I stamped the Corner 1 Stamp in the corners with Distress Oxide Fossilized Amber to frame the card like a painting. As my Minions are dressed in jeans, I glued some enamel dots in blue to complete the decoration of my card. And when all this was ready, I glued it on a yellow base card.

What do you think of the combination of yellow with blue?

Flying High!

Hi everyone! Maria Pilar here featuring a new card with the Flying High sentiment accompanied by the sweet Swinging Fairies stamp from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps

To create this card I used kraft card stock to stamp these two stamps and make hot embossing using white Wow embossing powders. Then I glued this card onto another red one and all together on a kraft cardstock as a base card.
Once I had my composition done, I made a frame with a red Copic marker.

And the last touch was a few small droplets of red liquid pear all over the surface of the card.

It is the first time that I stamp rubber stamps on kraft cardboard and also hot embossing.
I have to improve but I liked the experience.

A Warmed Winter Friendship Card

Hello everyone! First of all, I wish you a very very very Happy New Year 2021! I start the year by sharing my first card for Crackerbox & SuzyStamps. It is a winter card with a lovely message and a cheerful snowman.

I create this card using two stamps: Chill of Winter and Snowman Joy and a designer paper on the white card stock at the base of the card.

First I stamped the Snowman Joy stamp with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a piece of textured card stock and colored some parts of the stamp. This ink is perfect for later coloring with alcohol markers.
On the other hand, on a vellum strip, I stamped the Chill of Winter sentiment with Stazon Black Cherry ink that I can use on any surface. Then I glued it to the decorated paper by turning around from behind. Next, I pasted the cardboard with the snowman stamp that I love. He's very happy, isn't he?

And now I only had to glue the whole set to the cardboard base I liked the contrast between the background of the designer paper and the clarity given by the stamps.

Wintery Christmas Card with Sentiment

Hello and welcome everyone! Maria Pilar here with my last card for the year. For today, I made a CAS card with a sentiment.

For the penultimate day of the year, I have chosen to make this simple card for Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps with a sentiment that I find very endearing and more so considering everything we have experienced this year.
Since I still have epicondylitis on my right arm, I used a cardboard embossed of my craft stash with a large snowflake. I used various snowflake stamps from the store: Snowflake Trio and Snowflakes Small to frame the sentiment Enjoy the Warmth. I did hot embossing with the snowflake stamps using white Wow embossing powders. I stamped them around the edge of the white card leaving a free space in the middle.

To finalize, I stamped the central motif of the card, which is the message, with Stazon Black Cherry, coordinated with the red card that I pasted between the base of the kraft cardstock and the white card where the stamps are.

Embossing Christmas card

Hello and welcome! Maria Pilar here featuring an embossing Christmas card with this Cool Deer from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps

I love this Cool Deer stamp and used an embossing cardstock with snowflakes.
To create my card, I made the composition with the Chill word and the Cool Deer using my Misti to stamp it. After that I used Copics markers in various shades of red to colorize the image in some areas. It is not necessary to color an entire image to focus on it.

Continuing the process, I added snow effect relief paste on the word Chill. And finally, I added some red enamel dots on the surface of the card.
As you can see, to create this card I used kraft cardstock for the base, red cardboard to make a frame for the white where I made the stamping and the embossing.

You can find all these stamps at Crackerbox&SuzyStamps store HERE
Thanks for stopping by and have a very nice Sunday! I wish a very Merry Christmas to all of you.

A Spruce Tree Christmas Card

Hello crafty friends! Maria Pilar is here. We are very close to Christmas and I wanted to make a card with two of the most representative elements: a spruce tree and a reindeer.

I made a CAS card with layers. For the base, I used kraft cardstock and pasted a red cardstock over it. On the white cardboard that I used later, I stamped the Spruce Tree and the message Merry Christmas.  First of all, I used green ink and, once it was dry, I stamped it with gold ink. In this way, I got a beautiful and shiny effect. Also, I put a few drops of red Liquid Pearls on the ends of the tree's leaves.
After that, I stamped Doe Sm reindeer with black ink and brown color making a shadow next to the Spruce Tree.

Some gold sequins are the final touch for my card.

Let's Dance with Santa Christmas Card

Hello and welcome again! Maria Pilar is here with a fun Christmas card.

I created my card using Santa and Reindeer Dancing and Ho Ho Ho stamps that are on sale this month and that you can buy in the Crackerbox&SuzyStamps store HERE and see all the Christmas category.
For the card base, I used soft green cardstock and added a sticker to the sides before gluing a silver sheet of Rinea Foiled Paper. Then, I cut out the frame that serves to cover the edges of the foiled paper.

In a separate piece of White Smooth Cardstock, I stamped the Santa and Reindeer Dancing stamp and colored it with Copics markers. Then I pasted it on Rinea foiled paper with Crafty Foam Tape to get dimension and to finish I stamped the Ho Ho Ho stamp directly on the foil with black cherry Stazon ink.
The final touch was to make a false stitch with a red marker around the die-cut, lightly colored with red Versafine ink.

You are in time to take advantage of Cyber Monday Sale and today is the last day of the November promotion. You can visit the Crackerbox & SuzyStamps store to do your Christmas shopping.

Thanks for stopping by and have a very nice day!

Christmas CAS card

Hello and welcome crafty friends! Maria Pilar is here with a new Christmas CAS card.

Today I bring you a card from the collaboration we have this month between Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps and Rinea.
This is a very Christmas card. I used a layer of red Rinea paper foiled to make a frame on the white cardboard where the Holly Border and Merry Christmas stamps are stamped with different colors of Stazon ink.

On the other hand, I stamped the Ornament Dangle stamp on a piece of blue foil that appears hanging from the top of the card. Here's a closer view at the detail of the stamp stamped on the foil. I love using foil because, depending on the light it gives it, we see a variety of colors.

Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps is offering 20% OFF on Christmas and Winter categories this month. You can visit the stamps  HERE.

A singing reindeer with foiled paper

Hello crafty friends! Maria Pilar is here with a new Christmas card. This month Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps is collaborating with Rinea, the company specialized in foil paper.

I decided to make a CAS card using Rinea Frosted Variety Foiled Paper.

First, I glued a piece of that Rinea's foil and then I stamped this Side Reindeer stamp with Timber Brown Stazon ink, colored with Copic markers, simulating that it comes out of the foil, and also the Fa la la la stamp.

The next step was to stamp the Ornament Poinsettia Dangle and Ornament Star Dangle stamps onto the foil hanging from a piece of red string. I did it with Stazon black cherry ink that is perfect on the foil and gives it texture. Here is a closeup of the card.
