Snarky Card by Martha Lucia

Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here to share a Snarky Card created with the Alien Funny Face Stamp and the sentiment Strangers.

The Alien Funny Face is one of my favorite stamps from the Snarky Images and Sentiments Collection from Crackerbox
On this opportunity, I started my card in a different way. First I created the card base using the Mini Slimline Size. Then, I decorated the top with a piece of Designer Paper that I pasted directly over the base.

I continue the process of die-cutting a top layer with the large size of the Tribal Stitched Rectangle Mimi Slimline Dies. With the help of my MISTI, I stamped both images, the Alien Funny Face and the sentiment Strangers.
To finalize the card, I colored the Alien with Classique Markers from Spectrum Noir and pasted the stamped layer over the decorated card base with crafty foam tape.
You can see all the details about my card, all the products that I used, and more photos HERE in my blog post on my STAMPARTPAPEL BLOG.

Easy Stencil card by Martha Lucia

Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here to share with you an easy stencil card created with the adorable Duck Grin and the sentiment I Am Lucky Ducky.

To create the decorated layer of my card, I used a piece of white smooth cardstock. Then, I stamped over it both images at the same time. I just arranged the Duck Grin and the sentiment I Am Lucky Ducky on the center of the layer and Memento Tuxedo Black Ink created the look.

I colored the Duck Grin with Illustrator Markers and when I finished, I placed the Boho Tails Stencil over the colored image and inked the free areas with Sugar Spun Distress Oxide Ink.

I resized the layer and decorated it with a green stitched scallop border that I pasted with crafty foam strips.  As a final touch, I added some sparkle clays embellishments and then I pasted the decorated layer over a dark blue card base.

If you want to see all the products and details that I used on my card, you can find them HERE in my STAMPARTPAPEL BLOG.

An Inspirational Card That Will Make You Laugh

Hello crafty friends! Martha Lucia here to share with you a mini slimline card created with stamps from the recently release. If you did not see them yet, you can find all the new stamps HERE.

The base of my card is white smooth card stock and the second layer is a piece of craft cardstock. First, I stamped the Frog Grumpy on the left side of the layer. I continue resizing the layer with the large size of the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Mini Slimline Dies.

Then, I stamped the Small Ducky. This stamp is available in two different sizes and as a set. You can find the options HERE and HERE.

In between the stamp images, I stamped the sentiment Life Coming At You. I continue coloring the stamped images with ColourBlend Pencils from Spectrum Noir. This is one of my favorites techniques with pencils, and coloring on craft. Because you can obtain different tones from the tones over white smooth cardstock.

To finalize the card, I sponged with ink the lower part and added some white clouds from the He is Risen Dies. As a final touch a few pieces of clay from the Sweet Candy Sprinkles.

If you want to see all the products that I used in my card and for more details and photos, you can visit my Stampartpapel blog HERE.

Colorful Spring Card by Martha Lucia

Hello there, Martha Lucia here to share a Colorful Spring Card featuring two different stamps from our fabulous rubber stamps. I am using the Flowers in a Base and the Grief sentiment

One of the most attractive things on this card is the background. It is a fabulous design created with Stamp Foam and different colors of ink. I just took a piece of White Smooth Cardstock and inked one of the sides of the Stamp Foam with different colors of ink, I made the pattern.
You only need to ink the border of the Stamp Foam and if you want to create a watercolor effect or texture, just spray with water. Place it over the white smooth card stock and let the paper dry naturally.

When the white piece was totally dry, I stamped over it the Flowers in a Base and enhanced some parts of the flowers with ColourBlend Pencils from Spectrum Noir.
In a separate piece of colored cardstock, I stamped the Grief sentiment and resized it with dies from the Modern Swirl Frame from Gemini by Crafters Companion. In addition, I die cut the same frame using a different color of cardstock and just combined both pieces.

If you want to see all colors of ink and find details about the products that I used on my Colorful Spring Card, you can visit my STAMPARTPAPEL blog HERE.

Peeps Bunny Card by Martha Lucia

Hello crafty friends! Martha Lucia is here to share with you a cute mini slimline card created with the Peeps Set of 2 and the Does this tail sentiment. These cute stamps are part of the most recent release from Crackerbox Stamps, ideal for spring and Easter!

The base of my card is white smooth cardstock and then, I decorated the front of the card with a piece of designer paper. I pasted it directly over the card using E-Z Runner Adhesive.
Then, using cardstock in pastel colors, I stamped the images included on the Peeps Set of 2 with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. These images are available in three versions. One is the Peep Bunny (large size), the other is the set of 2, which is the set that I used to create the card, and the third version, is a set of 3 that includes the Favorite Peep Sentiment. This set is called Peep Set of 3.

After stamping the peeps, I fussy cut them with scissors. In addition, I die cut one of the medium sizes of the Scalloped Stitched Rectangle Mini Slimline Dies onto white smooth cardstock. Then, I stamped the sentiment Does This Tail using my MISTI. The MISTI help me to curve the message a little more and fix it over the scalloped layer.
As a final touch, I inked the background for the little Peep and added a tiny cottontail.

Thanks for stopping by and if you want to see the details about all the products that I used to create my Peeps Bunny Card, you can find them HERE in my STAMPARTPAPEL Blog.

Mini Slimline Card by Martha Lucia

Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here with a sweet spring card. Spring has sprung and we are all ready to celebrate it. Today, I have a mini slimline card created with stamps from the most recent release of Crackerbox.
To make the card I used white smooth card stock. I love the number of possibilities that the color white brings in a project. I die-cut the second layer of the card using the large size of the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Mini Slimline Dies. Then, I left the card base and the second layer aside for a while.
In a separate piece of white smooth cardstock, I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink the Bunny Butt, the Bunny Ears, and the 4 Leaf Clover.  Then, I colored it all with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir. The colors of  Illustrator Markers that I used were TN1, TN2, TN3, AG5, AG3, FS3.
Additionally, I fussy cut all my colored images with scissors. I know that not all like to cut images with scissors, you can also make it with an electronic die cut machine, but for me, it is like therapy and makes part of my creative process.
After cutting the images, I placed them over the layer that I die cut with the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Mini Slimline dies to determine the exact position of the sentiment.  With the help of my MISTI, I stamped the sentiment Friends 4 Leaf Clover, using VersaFine Onix Ink.
If you are asking why I changed the ink, it is because I really like the dark black of the VersaFine. However, always that I will coloring with Alcohol Markers, I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink or  Finesse Alcohol Proof Ink from Spectrum Noir.
Back to the card, I just pasted the second layer over the card base using 3D foam strips and then I pasted the Bunny Butt,  the Bunny Ears, and the 4 Leaf Clover with 3D foam squares. Voila, my card is ready!

Thanks for stopping by and happy shopping!

Pansy Flower Pot For A Spring Mini Slimline Card

Hi there, Martha Lucia here. Today I have a Spring card featuring the Pansy Flower Pot from Crackerbox Stamps. I love flowers and this Pansy Flower Pot is perfect for mini slimline cards.

During the last month, I have been noticed that I am using more colors and it is fabulous because I am moving out of my comfort zone. But today's coloring made me back to my endless loved white smooth cardstockI created the card base and the second layer using white smooth card stock. I die-cut the second layer with the Looped Lace Petite Rectangle Mini Slimline Dies. Then, using the masking technique, I stamped the Pansy Flower Pot twice. Additionally, I stamped the sentiment Grow with Love over the left side of the flowers with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.

I colored the Pansy Flower Pot images with a combination of Illustrator Markers and TriBlend Markers both from Spectrum Noir. In the beginning, I thought I would color both pots with the same tones, but ended up coloring them differently to give the sensation of a garden.
To add more dimension to my design, I created a floor or shadow for the pots and pasted the colored layer over the card base using 3D Foam Strips. It enhances the lace details of the die-cut border.

Thanks for stopping by and see you soon with more inspiration!

St. Patrick's Day Slimline Card

Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here with a card and with a question,  Are you ready for St. Patrick's Day?  If you aren't, here you can find some inspiration to create your cards and celebrate the lucky day!

The base of my card is white smooth card stock and the second layer is a piece of old olive card stock. This layer is the perfect frame for the detailed third layer. It is one of the dies included on the Loopy Rectangle Mini Slimline Dies...yes...my favorite detailed die cuts! But I told you, I have them in all the sizes and shapes! I stamped the Happy St. Patrick's Day Shamrock on the top part of the diecut layer with VersaFine Onix. Additionally, I colored the Shamrocks with green TriBlend Markers. Then, in a separate piece of white smooth card stock, I stamped the Shamrock Open and the Leprechaun Patrick. All these stamps were released in the same collection. You can see the entire collection HERE.

I colored the images with TriBlend Markers and fussy cut with scissors. Then, to finalize the card, I arranged all the stamps with 3D Foam Squares and pasted the decorated layer over the card base with 3D Foam Strips.

Are you ready for St. Patrick or what are you planning to do?

Shamrocks Stamped Card by Martha Lucia

Happy Saturday! Martha Lucia here to share with you a St. Patrick Stamped Card that I created with the most recent stamp release from Crackerbox Stamps. Did you see it? They are simply adorable and you can find all the new stamps HERE. I am featuring the Leprechaun Sheamus, Shamrock Open, Hug My Shamrock, and Grass.

This is a Mini Slimline card created with a combination of stamps. First, I created the card base using basic black card stock. Then, I die cut the second layer using designer paper. I die cut it with the large size of the Big & Little Chain Rectangle Mini Slimline Dies. Additionally, I pasted it directly over the card base because I love how it looked with the combination of white and black dots with the green.

Using the same mini slimline dies, I die cut the third layer of the card. But this time, I used a small size not the next size of the dies and white smooth card stock. I made this to have a big frame created with the designer paper.

Then, I stamped the Grass on the lover part using the Grass set of 2 and Kaleidacolor Ink Fresh Green. Additionally, I stamped the new sentiment Hug My Shamrocks on the right side of the layer with VersaFine Onix Ink. Then, I pasted the layer over the decorated card base.

In a separate piece of White Smooth Card stock, I stamped the new Leprechaun Sheamus and some Shamrock Open. I colored these images with TriBlend Markers from Spectrum Noir. Then, I fussy cut with scissors and pasted over the card base with 3D Foam Squares to finalize my design.

Thanks for stopping by and see you soon with more inspiration!
